I have to say that every Colorado bride I've worked with so far has been hands-down awesome to work with - cool, calm, collected - with great vision and style. I'm truly grateful and inspired. I love Colorado brides!
With that being said, I'd like to share with you a beautiful custom wedding invitation suite I just completed for bride-to-be, Hannah, and her soon-to-be husband, Craig. The suite features a vertical, three-page invitation, fastened by a single string and button, complete with a hemp string bow. The invitation is sized to fit into a #10 chocolate brown string and button envelope.
The invite itself is laid out on the first page of the bundle, followed by a custom drawn map and accommodations information on the second page, finishing up with registry information and the tear-away RSVP card on the third page. View more photos of the complete suite here.
Each page features a color from the bride's color palette: blue for page one, rusty red for page two, and mustard yellow for page three. The dahlia flower was used on all three pages as it will appear in the bride's bouquet.
A wedding attire card was designed to tuck into the third page, alerting guests of the proper attire for a real ranch wedding: "Boots 'n You're Good!".
I'd say the biggest challenge for this invitation suite was incorporating such a broad range of colors cohesively and aesthetically into the suite. After assigning a color to each of the pages, it all seemed to fall into place.
An extremely fun and beautiful project to work on and I couldn't be happier with the final results. Cheers to Hannah and Craig as they say 'I do!' later this summer.
