Wedding Stationery Pricing, Services, & Process
Pricing for Custom Wedding Stationery
With custom wedding stationery each package is unique, and therefore each package will have a unique pricing estimation. On average I design invitation suites that begin around $7/$8 per suite and go up from there. I believe in offering services for any type of budget and will work closely with you to achieve the price point that works for you. I can offer pricing estimations after discussing your vision and gaining an understanding of what you want for your wedding stationery!
Note: If you’re unsure about everything that you want or need yet, that’s not a problem at all! Helping you throughout this process is part of my job. Please keep in mind consultations and brainstorming sessions are fun and free! My ultimate goal is to design stationery that you and your partner LOVE.
Save the Dates: Typically begins around $4.00 per save the date

Step 1: Let's Talk!
To begin, I’ll need to get to know you and what you’re envisioning and have planned for your wedding! We’ll discuss wedding venue and reception locations, themes, colors, aesthetic, etc. I’ll want to get a feel for the vision you have for your wedding and also discuss the vision you have for your wedding stationery along with the items and quantities you’ll need. We’ll also talk about timelines and a budget for your stationery. After our initial chats/consultations/brainstorming sessions, and I have an understanding of what you want, I’ll put together a pricing estimation / proposal detailing all of the specs for your stationery.
Step 2: Design
After you have reviewed and approved the proposal, I’ll send you an invoice for a deposit in order to begin design. Once the deposit is received, I’ll begin the design process! I offer up to two rounds of edits for custom artwork, and unlimited rounds of edits for text and layout. I’ll send digital PDF proofs for review and approval.
Step 3: Print & Production
Once the final proofs have been approved we are now ready to send these beauties off to print! Printing and production typically takes seven to ten business days. With the addition of any assembly, this may increase to twelve or fourteen days.
Step 4: Addressing & Mailing
I do offer addressing and mailing services. If this is a service you’d like to include, we’ll discuss this in our initial conversations (step 1), so that I can add it to your proposal and pricing estimation.
Step 5: Final Invoice
Once our project is complete, and either I’ve shipped the invitations off to you, or have put them in the mail to be delivered to your guests, I’ll send you the final invoice for the remaining balance.
